Комбинированное эпидемиологическое исследование – ретроспективное когортное и рандомизированное клиническое, – объектом которого стали 2630 детей, позволило выявить патогенетические маркёры бронхиальной астмы, и на основании полученных данных аргументировать необходимость иммуномодуляторной терапии с использованием препаратов Зеспира и Кипферон, которые доказали высокую клиническую эффективность у детей с бронхиальной астмой.

The combined epidemiologic study - retrospective cohort and a randomized clinical trial on a total group of 2630 children allowed to evaluate pathogenetic cardinal points in pediatric asthma and based on the obtained results there was recommended the immunomodulatory treatment with antileukotriene agent Zespira and immunomodulator drug Kipferon. These agents were showed to be efficient in the management of bronchial asthma course and improve the evolution of this disease at children.
