Rezumat

World experience shows that the crisis is the natural economic state of organizations of all levels. It interferes over certain periods of time, it has dimensions, depths and forms of deployment. However, the crisis processes are much alike at both global and organizational levels. This allows crisis management to be systematically based on the scientific research of crisis phenomena in mega-, macro- and microsystems. It is worth noting that the crisis is not only a destabilization but also a shift to another state of the organization. Without a crisis there is no progress. The purpose of the article is to critically analyze the views of economists from the Republic of Moldova on the concept of crisis, as well as to present the author's own opinion in this regard. The applied research methods are: description and theoretical explanation, induction and deduction, hypothesis and scientific theory in general.
