The aim of this paper is to give an overview of the Bologna Process, based on studies carried out over the past ten years, in order to identify the major concerns, the perspectives of the various stakeholders, its limitations and potential. The principles of the Bologna Process have a strong impact at a political level, at a managerial level and at a practical level All these changes have an impact on the university practices and dynamics, not only on processes, but also on people. |
