The author emphasizes the importance of the performance indicators for the evaluation of the library activity. These indicators are considered as an indispensable tool for amplification the quality process of the library work, of the fundraising activities, of the institution image promotion and the promotion of its staff. The author presents a comparison analyse of the performance indicators, implemented in ten academic libraries. |
