Rezumat | ||||||
Social services being a component of national social protection systems, they unquestionably contribute to overcoming situations of social difficulty or vulnerability. Contemporary society needs not only social services provided by the state or private providers, but also services offered of the highest quality, services continuously improved according to the needs of the beneficiaries. In order to achieve the desired quality it is necessary to implement a management of quality assurance of social services, with well-defined functions and principles. The theory and practice of providing social services, shows that the quality of services can be ensured only by prior establishment of quality standards. |
