From the variety of types of organizational culture we draw attention to some that provide services to social services, bureaucratic culture and charity, because it presents particular aspects or a mix of cultures of the activity of social assistance organizations, meets with different preferences and accents in providing services social population. The culture is oriented towards satisfying the needs in terms of effectiveness. |
