The authors approach in an essential way the results of a pedagogical research on the strategic planning in the field of the methodological assistance. The management teams from the medical colleges of the Republic of Moldova, assigned to the Center of Excellence in Medicine and Pharmaceuticals "Raisa Pacallo", served as a sample application. A well-designed participatory teaching partnership can be a key factor in increasing the quality of vocational education, despite the many challenges posed by contemporary diversity. |
