The article explores topical issues of the formation of law and its development at the present stage, the main elements of the modern system of law, as well as trends in the development of law in the Republic of Moldova, in the light of the need to reform the system of courts of general jurisdiction, in order to improve the quality of the administration of justice, improve the judicial protection of rights and legal interests of citizens and organizations. The article reflects part of the results of the study of the project 20.80009.1606.05 "The quality of justice and observance of human rights in the Republic of Moldova: interdisciplinary research in the context of the implementation of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union" within the framework of the state program 2020-2023. |
