The article presents an analysis of the process of development of the legal framework for the social protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova. It is shown that the legal protection of persons with disabilities is carried out on the basis of the international and national regulatory framework. The law enforcement practice of legislative initiatives in relation to people with disabilities is expanding. |
