This study reflects a study regarding the most important function of human activity is communication. It implies the transfer of information from one person to another, which helps us communicate not only among ourselves, but also in professional environments. Business communication involves the transfer of information within the enterprise, as well as refers to how the company shares information with external sources. Of course, for business communication should be required certain skills. But anyway, any type of communication is connected with the Code of Ethics present in any sphere of human activity. Speaking of ethics as one of the most important functions, it is important to notice that it considers ethical principles and moral or ethical issues arising in the business environment. Based on sociological surveys in various companies, it was revealed that the growth of the enterprise depends on the effectiveness of business communication. But this message is successful only when both the sender and the recipient understand the same information. Thus, several vital functions of ethics in business were revealed: · Conveying the point without offending the audience. If the employer wants to maximize the profits from his workers, he must choose an individual approach to each in order to create an enabling environment for the team. · Maintain relationships with the audience. Experienced communicators immediately build relationships based on trust, as soon as they start talking. This helps them to find a person who will respect your point of view. · Avoid hiding important information. In the modern era, information is vital to all decisions. Deliberate retention of important information can lead to the fact that the public will not perceive you as a person who can be trusted. · Maintain a relationship with the audience. Experienced communicators immediately build relationships based on trust, as soon as they start talking. This helps them to find a person who will respect your point of view. · Well organized value system. If the organization functions on the basis of value systems that are common to both top management and employees, there will be mutual respect between. · Accuracy of information. Communication without checking the reliability of information can be very dangerous for the organization. Thus, it can be concluded that the main ethical functions listed above in business are basic for creating a healthy atmosphere and a productive enterprise. In case of willful violation of ethical norms, the owner not only loses qualified employees, but also the person of his firm, thereby condemning himself to failure. |
