Studies of the synthesis and resynthesis of the RuBisCo polypeptide complex in flag leaves of different varieties of Moldavian and Ukrainian wheat were carried out. In the course of the studies, changes in the quantitative composition of the RuBisCo polypeptide complex of the flag leaf were established depending on the age and pre-sowing seed treatment with the Reglalg growth bioregulator. The use of the drug contributed to the delay in the breakdown of the enzyme, thereby reducing the degree of influence of unfavorable environmental factors on the aging process of the leaf blade. |
