Rezumat | ||||||
Religious freedom is one of the fundamental principles of human rights and freedoms, having a real purpose, namely to forge peace in the world based on a truly democratic political regime, and on the other hand, on a common conception and respect for Human Rights. The provisions of the European Convention for the protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Rome of 4 November 1950 are some of the fundamental rights and freedoms, which form the very foundation of justice and peace in Europe, the maintenance of which relies in an essential manner, on the one hand, on the regime of political democracy, and, on the other hand, on common understanding and mutual respect of the human rights, upon which they depend. Respect for fundamental human rights and freedoms is the attempt to create the rule of law and a civilized state that is based on the principles of justice, equality, solidarity and brotherhood between states. |
