<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>At the present stage the creation and development of the culture of safety and
the military culture of the personnel of the national power structures is one of the
priorities. The evolution of the culture of safety and the military: culture has un­
derlined that it is characterised by two inconsistent tendencies: on the one hand,
the preservation of culture which has resulted in executions, and, on the other
hand, its transformation in connection with the. fast changes occurring in the
environment, of the military organization.
