Rezumat

Thiol / disulfide homeostasis plays a critical role in antioxidant defense and detoxification in the body. Identifying, studying and testing a new remedies to correct thiol / disulfide homeostasis disorders that play a cardinal role in the pathogenesis of multifactorial diseases (MFD), such as cancer, chronic inflammatory processes, allergies, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc., is very important for contemporary pharmacotherapy.
