Rezumat

In economy competition the economic unity is like an integral part of it through the determining and applying of some changes and modifications in the activity process, having a continuous and coherent character with evolution trend of the inter-national market, with national legislation and international which regulates the process and procedure of the unfolding activity.
A management change in the organizational and competitive framework involves the competition and implementation of something new in development and improving the activity which ensure the existence and the firms performances.
The changes which are to be achieved will attract in this process all the staff engaged in the Company because the expected changes aimed the entire spectrum of activities unfolding within the organization and achieved through the participation of the human resources. The new in the management changes is not only through the new strategies of the activity and principles of action but also the treatment of some issues of the existing impediments by new visions new techniques and methods to adapt to the competi-tive environment, global problems which influencing evolutionary development of the national economy and also for those that are part of this.
The management changes which is efficiently developed within a Company brings a positive effect over the Companis image, served as means of promoting and awareness, of the ambient environment of a Company, because the consumer of the XX th century have benefit claims of using services and goods which can satisfy at a higher level its expectations and this will determine, to become loyal actions.
In the aspect of management changes we can mention, that this activity expects the appearance and the durability of the employees because the activity expects creativity, ingenuity, but this generates fear of stress associated to changes, bad experiences related to the previous changes. The changes have to be done well organized and well managed.
