After theoreticalconsiderations, this article gives ideas and proposes solutions focusing on appointments and why in this moment themeritocracy is more important than anything. This essay tries to answer the following questions: Why is meritocracy important?Who are the integral components of meritocracy? How do you define it? Why proper structures do not pay much attention tomeritocracy? How to extend its use? Another focus of this article is the concern on patronage and meritocracy concept, how to distinguish between them in daily practice. In such circumstances and especially on this moment of the Republic of Moldova state, it is important undertaking reforms for some change, not only to implement the law regarding appointments in the public administration but something more than that. |
