Rezumat

This paper presents general views on the creation and development of an on-line platform project meant to bring to the fore the common results, obtained by the sector team "Psychological Assistance in Education", in the research on "Epistemology and Praxiology of the Psychological Assistance of Lifelong Learning" (EPPALL), scientific coordinator Aglaida Bolboceanu, dr. hab., professor. In relation to the individual objective "Selection of topics for the platform of validation and dissemination of results on psychological assistance in developing the creativity in people with special needs in the context of EPPALL", the article presents information on the concept, structure and mechanism of functionality of an on-line platform and identifies the directions of the further actions, as well as some implementation instructions. At the same time, we tried to reveal some results of the research experiment, carried out to determine the psychosocial factors, faced by the subjects with some special needs, regarding the cultivation of creativity and their nature.
