The enforcement of international security has reached the top in recent research, but still, once with the advancement of the cyber technology in any field of the present day practice, a great intensification of the criminality by its own means has been noticed. It is no doubt that the cyber security surpasses the area of the security of a mere computer. The solutions provided, which are of organizational, administrative, technical and systematic nature in the field of the anti cyber criminality and the assurance of cyber security, have become inefficient and do not correspond to the requirements of the advanced technologies at a specific time. The cyber technologies, including any computer operating system, currently withholds new necessities and opportunities, some of which too sophisticated, of breaking the normative stipulations, and create an increased potential to commit new types of crimes, much different from the already known ways, until the present moment. States have seen themselves forced to proceed in the active harmonization of their own legislation regarding the fighting against the phenomenon, however, the consequences are mere satisfactory, and, in fact, one cannot state that the phenomenon has totally been eradicated.
