The quality of public services provided by the structural entities of the public administration is one of the performance indicators of the social organization system, which contributes through legal competencies to the achievement of the values attributed to the general interest of society. Therefore, the primary purpose of the administrative bodies is to realize the interests of citizens, so as to ensure the well-being they need, but also the necessary conditions for each citizen to realize their potential and enjoy the rights and freedoms on which assures them the rule of law. In this regard, it is appropriate to mention the need for rationalization, modernization of the public sanitation service in Chisinau. |
