Rezumat | ||||||
The article presents a comparative analysis of continuing professional training at national level, an overview of the general framework of continuing vocational training, describing the legislative framework in this area, the main institutions responsible for continuing vocational training and training offers. Continuing professional training, in the sense of educational systems is the obligatory part of the professional development of teachers, and is defined by laws and other normative and regulatory acts that determine what kind of continuous professional training programs the teachers must obligatorily participate in and at what time intervals. Also, all the changes in the national curriculum, the didactics of the discipline, new pedagogical practices, evaluation methods, etc. are introduced in the system through the compulsory continuous professional training. |
