The article deals with the issues of training and social adaptation of convicts, as well as educational work with persons serving a sentence. It substantiates the general problems of the prison education system, which is not unified or universal, it tests various forms and has a large variety of educational programs in foreign countries. Also in this article is given the analysis of the distinctive features of the penitentiary educational policy of some foreign countries. |
