This article performs a general characteristic of the international air carrier of goods, loadings, objects, values, passengers, which is nowadays one of the most frequently used means of transportation used at transporting goods, loadings, objects, values, passengers on international air routes. The author also relates the concept of state border, customs border in the air space which are crossed by international airships in order to land in the international airport from the Republic of Moldova, thus finishing the carriage of goods, loadings, values, passengers to their destination. The author also highlights the air carrier’s rights of entering the air space of the state by foreign international air ships, in order to land on the national airports from the Republic of Moldova. |
