Studying the possibilities of improvement of the relation between the state’s power and the local self-government is an important issue in the science in the public and legal administration field. The analysis of a set of aspects linked to the legal reglementation of the relations among the state authorities and the local self-government is, as well, an important scientific issue, which has a distinguished importance in the harmonization of the relations between the Republic of Moldova’s state authorities and the local authorities. The creation of a real local autogovernation and the application of the principle of responsibility of the local self-government organs continues to be an issue that must be solved. In the context of putting in application of the reform of the local self-government, the problem of theoretical identification of relations among the state and the local authorities, the establishment of new specific features and of the particularity of the relation among them, the determination of the ways of their reforming and improvement becomes relevant.
