Rezumat | ||||||
This article reflects a part of the wide researches in domain of metal surface treating with EDI. This article describes the experimental setup and process, analysis data of morfology and chemical composition obtained by SEM and EDX study. Authors proved that deoxidation is possible by aplying impulse plasma in normal conditions in air. Usually for this purpouse use precipitation deoxidation or deoxidation by carbon under vacuum, also exists other galvanic methods. Our method differs by possibility to adjust aria and position of processed surface, it doesn‟t cover surface withother oxides. |
