In the globalization epoch when the consumption phenomenon appears, dignifies in the juridical domain a new branch which is the „consumption law’’. The European Union extension induce the newest members ( of U.E.) the necessity of harmonization of the law by transposition of the following directives: nr. 87/102/CE; 84/450/EEC; 92/59/EEC; 99/44/EC; 85/374/; 98/27/EC; 97/7/EC; 87/577/EEC. All these generated in Romania a series of internal regulations, for which is responsible the National Authority for the Consumers’ Protection. |
