The process of economic and social transformations in which Romania has committed itself, has required that all areas of activity be aligned with the new conditions and requirements of the Romanian society and the new types of labor relations created by them. The measures taken should have been substantiated from all points of view and should contribute effectively to reducing the level of risk and the degree of job security. Risk factors can be identified through a good knowledge of the workforce and the mechanism of the systems. But with the globalization of the risk factors in terms of the labor force, it intensifies. With the increase of labor mobility, with the intensification of the massive migration, the emergence of crises and differences in this global context is inevitable. There are barriers, but those barriers are not strong enough to protect the local workforce compared to the external one.
