The study includes an analysis of protection and defense of human rights to clarify the concepts of „protection” and „defense” and to establish the relationship between them. Emphasizes that in the law concept of „protection” is used primarily to refer to both preventive and remedial measures (eg, social security, protection of motherhood and childhood, labor protection, etc.). „Defense” is used only in relation to health, property and environment of monuments of history and culture and designates preventive measures. |
