Rezumat

Selection for weeds with metabolic resistance is more rapid when a herbicide is used continuously at lower than recommended rates. As a relatively recent herbicides on the market, triketones proved its efficacy against resistant species to 2.4-D and ALS-inhibiting herbicides. Field experiments were conducted in 2016 and 2017 in Moldova on the fields of Transdniestrian research Institute of agriculture to evaluate weed control efficiency of three postemergence herbicides - balerina, stellar, elumis and the combination of balerina+dublon gold. The obtained results showed that stellar and elumis provided better weed control efficiency than balerina and balerina+dublon gold tank-mix.
