The article analyzes the content of Romania’s Accession Treaty to the European Union. It specifies the Treaty of Accession of Romania to the European Union jointly with Bulgaria developed based on the work and the same principles. The same method was used for drafting the Treaty of Accession of ten new countries EU joined on 1 May 2004. It is stressed that the Treaty of Accession itself (which includes six articles) devoted to Romania and Bulgaria’s EU Accession and That the two countries party to the Treaty establishing Becoming a Constitution for Europe, the Conditions Covered by the Protocol annexed to this Treaty. |
