Rezumat

A method is developed to determine the parameters of a material’s structure with the use image processing software. This method was tested on the basis of the analysis of the influence of 3 methods of biaxial stresses on sheet aluminum alloy 6111 (static, pulse, and combined) on the change of its structural parameters. A correlation is determined for the changes of the geometrical parameters of the microstructure with the ultimate deformation.
