We have investigated the influence of bacterial culture of B. subtilis BB-09 in field conditions on the growth and development of tomato plants. We have determined antifungal and growth-stimulating action. Presowing seed treatment with the bacterial producer showed favourable effect on seed germination and on the further development of the plant. Germination increased on average by variants of 34.9%. Yields have increased on average 1.6 times. Biological efficacy was on average of 50%. Bacterial culture B. subtilis BB-09 is a promising biological producer having multifunctional action. |
