The aim of the paper consist in the elucidation of based molecular-genetic features of Cicer arietinum relationship with pathogens, oriented to increasing of genetic factor role’s in chickpea protection; to characterize genetic-molecular features of chickpea genotypes based on SSR markers and plant response to F. oxysporum in vivo and in vitro conditions. Molecular genetic screening based on SSR markers showed relatively high polymorphism for chickpea (0.55). Cluster distribution of varieties under SSR profiles loci and response of integrated plant to culture filtrate of F. oxysporum showed similarity, which indicate the association of SSR markers widespread in the genome, with resistance to fusariose. |
