During 45 years of surgical activity in the field of pediatric orthopedics and traumatology the author has got more than 30 inventions certificates, 17 from them dedicated to surgical correction of the congenital deformations of the locomotor apparatus in children. Many of them were practically tested during ten years of surgical activity. Among these methods there is the known ligamentocapsulothomy technique used in club foot correction in children, that later was modified into two variants depending on two types of anatomo-morphological changes of congenital club foot deformity. This work contents the short information about the surgical corrections of other deformities of the foot, of congenital hip dislocation, of coxa – valga and coxa – vara deformities, knee dislocations, congenital patella dislocation, Sprengel deformity, congenital radio – ulnar sinosthosis of forearm, and others. The proposed methods are in order to respect the main requirements of kid treatment principles: a tender attitude to round bone tissues and joints, the growth plate’s preservation, a fine osteosinthesis, creation of the necessary condition for preservation of normal limb axe, and rehabilitation of joint motions.
