Rezumat

At the contemporary level, the partnership of the kindergarten with the parents, the school and the community in the activity and the educational decision making process represents the action of taking care of the activity of the preschool domain. The preschool mission as a public education cannot be fulfilled only within the community area as a result of the interaction of the kindergarten with the social cultural and economical medium. It is imposed that the realization of an efficient relationship with the exterior, the realization of authenticable partnerships. The partnership project is very useful for parents to develop and respect the obligations linked to the growing and training the children, didactic personnel for improving the level of the activity within the team work, knowing the children that are going to be integrated into the school system, knowing the school’s demands.
