Стаття присвячена аналізу вітчизняних нормативно-правових актів Президента України та Верховної Ради України, прийняття яких сприяло формуванню основ регуляторної політики в Україні, а також дослідженню базового Закон України «Про засади державної регуляторної політики у сфері господарської діяльності», який визначає правові та організаційні засади реалізації державної регуляторної політики у сфері господарської діяльності. Встановлено, що у процесі побудови нових суспільно-економічних відносин у державі обов’язковою умовою є відмова від прямого державного управління усіма процесами соціального існування та забезпечення взаємного балансування державних та суспільних інтересів. Запропоновано авторське бачення окремих адміністративно-правових аспектів сучасного стану регуляторної політики в Україні.

The article is devoted to the analysis of domestic normative legal acts of the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the adoption of which contributed to the formation of the regulatory framework in Ukraine, as well as the study of the basic Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, which defines the legal and organizational principles of implementation state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity. It is established that in the construction of new socio-economic relations in the state, the waiver of direct state administration of all processes of social existence and ensuring mutual balancing of state and public interests is a must. The author's vision of certain administrative and legal aspects of the current state of regulatory policy in Ukraine is proposed.
