Today, career success is increasingly conditioned by frequent returns to training institutions, including returning to universities to adapt new knowledge, skills and competences, to update initial academic and professional training, and for continued scientific development. It is stated that in the knowledge society the only skill that is not old is the ability to learn. The finality of the new PhD as part of the initial training in higher education implies not only the acquisition and development of research and science skills but also the training of PhD students for a variety of jobs in the most diverse economic and social sectors of a knowledge-based society |
