| Rezumat | ||||||
The presence of some penal institutions which makes for the condemned the possibility to be liberated from the real, partial or total execution of criminal punishment, is welcomed for the penal legislation, because it makes possible to
achieve the target of penal law, and it’s principles. Some of settlements concerning kinds of liberation from penal punishment, are similar to other penal institutions,
which however differs, but not to much, thus making the impression that the same situation can be treated in different legal ways. Therefore, in this article it will be analyzed the similarity and the distinction of the institution of liberation from penal punishment owing to the change of situation with other similar penal institutions. |
