The current context of human existence is characterized by an obvious progress of informational technologies. It tracks a new digital age (Internet Age), that gave birth to a new virtual reality. This phenolmenon has left its footprints on almost all fields and social relationships, even the civil ones. Our purpose is to outline the way these technologies have influenced the contract signing procedure. We will achieve this objective by analyzing the electronic contracts’ features, that became very important to each businessman, each citizen, and more than that, the nature of these contracts is of a great juridical importance. |
