Rezumat

Creativity is a particularly important area for education: in its evolution, people are rediscovering the reality that is unique in fact, in ways most varied, proving to be original and creative. Training young people for working life aims to develop their creativity, to educate the sensitivity to problems, to exercise critical thinking and achieve these objectives by various methods, classical or modern. This paper presents the operational model based on the alternation convergence divergence in creative problem solving.
