В статье рассмотрены особенности организации и тактики проведения осмотра места происшествия при расследовании уголовного правонарушения, связанного с жестоким обращением с животными. Выполняется анализ понятийного аппарата «следственный осмотр места происшествия» на основе мнения ученых-криминалистов. Детально рассматривается тактика проведения осмотра при расследовании жестокого обращения с животными, которая делится на этапы, такие как: подготовительный, рабочий и завершающий. Отображаются наиболее рекомендуемые методы осмотра места происшествия и фотосъемки. Указывается, какие специалисты могут быть приглашены для проведения осмотра, объекты осмотра, следы и вещественные доказательства, которые могут находиться на месте происшествия жестокого обращения с животными.

This article describes the features of the organization and tactics of the inspection of the scene during the investigation of a criminal offense connected with the cruel treatment of animals. The analysis of the conceptual apparatus “investigative inspection of the scene of the incident” is made on the basis of the opinion of forensic scientists. Considered in detail, tactics of the inspection in the investigation of cruelty to animals, which is divided into stages, such as: preparatory, working and final. Also recommended are the most appropriate methods of inspection of the scene and photography. It indicates which specialists can be invited to conduct an inspection, inspection objects, traces and physical evidence that may be located at the scene of the cruel treatment of animals
