The authors submit the assumption about the mechanism of formation and correlation of the gastric mechanoreceptor refl exes and role of the cholinergic mediator in their modifi cation. In acute experiments on dogs it was demonstrated that gastric interoceptive refl exes in the conditions of decentralization of gastrointestinal apparatus (unilateral, bilateral sectioning, vagotomy under diaphragm, blocking with atropine) do not disappear, they only distiguish. Also electrical stimulation of the parasympathetic nerves provoke the major activity of the gastric mechanoreceptor refl exes. It was ascertained that diversity of refl exes is determined by the modulation concentration of acethylcholine and diversity activity of cholinesterase. This data confi rm the existed convictions about  two neural mechanism -peripheral and central of performance and correlation of the gastric mechanoreceptor refl exes.
