The article analyzes the theoretical and experimental studies of the geometric parameters of the sieve grain cleaning machines МЗПИ–10 «Дельта». Identified the main dependences of separation grain on the length sieve. Found influence the main parameters of the sieves and specific filing for separation quality. The theoretical and experimental graphs allow us to recommend the rational values of structural and technological parameters of the sieve. The original designs of the lattice machine significantly increase the performance of separation without deterioration of quality indicators; reduce material and energy intensity of the machine. Using the machine МЗПИ–10 «Дельта» sieves with reasonable design and technological parameters will provide a positive economic effect. For the construction of plots were used MathCAD program and Statistica. |
