Rezumat

Ontology business model gives a conceptual description that is necessary and sufficient for development and usage of Web – oriented systems and services. Such model will include basic concepts of business: objects, events, its types, relations, that allows you to control the content and structure of web resourcein order to manage interactions with customers in CRM system.
