Rezumat

Abstract: In order to acclimatize properly the in vitro cultured plants transferred to ex vitro conditions, it is important to adapt gradually the plantlets to natural environmental conditions: substrate with suitable pH, optimal atmospheric humidity, temperature and ventilation. The substrate on which the in vitro cultured plants are planted is solid, made of commercial peat or perlite. The optimal air humidity during acclimatization is 70-75 %, the air temperature varies between 21 °C ± 2 °C and the light is natural. Efficient acclimatization of the in vitro cultured plants takes place in three main stages and the environmental conditions and the influence of external factors on the in vitro cultured plants are different during each stage.
