Rezumat | ||||||
Social and Psychological underlying basis of the beginnings of alcoholism.Multiple social-economic, psychological, financial factors, unemployment and social stress with contribution to the majority of persons affected by chronic alcoholism. According to the statistics, one European person of four consumes a perilous quantity of alcoholic drinks that provoke grave problems with health. In the Republic of Moldova the consumption of alcoholic drinks is one of the widespread phenomenon in population, including women.In evolution of disease a great importance belongs to micro-sociological, biological factors, personality problems, individual-psychological peculiarities, abnormal behaviour in proportion to micro-social environment, all these determine characteristically pathological development.
Irrespective of the educational level, age, sex, ethnic group, they encounter the same problems, to they were effaced all individual differences in mode of life, activity motives, forms of emotional answer. According to the data of clinical - psychopathological research, in alcoholism are taking place some modifications in the sphere of motivational need, in emotional – volitional, intellectual and communicative spheres. In consequence of disturbances in emotional – volitional sphere are standing up and are forming the different pathological reactions of defence and even behavioural models, which inevitably lead to social alienation of personality. Abuse of alcohol creates premises for interpersonal conflict worsening that lead to failure of ordinary methods of psychological protection and search of its new forms, frequently much regressive than previous.Alcohol besides the fact that promotes distortion and reconstruction of duty hierarchy, is coming one more way
of escape from reality.
