Rezumat

Becoming and development of leader is predetermined by ability to realize, analyse, compare, summarize etc. Judgement, as a result of the critical thinking, is based on the emotionally-realized and intelligent perception of reality. The parameters of the critical thinking are considered in thearticle. Four components are distinguished: motivational; rich in content; intellectually-judi-cial; emotionally-volitional. Their essence and connection areexposed. There was substantiated value of presence of the developed critical thinking for leaders of educational establishments and indicators of its development in the system of postgraduate education.
