In an expanded and functional market economy, a real estate is the basic element with which all economic processes - production, service provision and last but not at least ensure a favorable living environment for people, but the level of population interest of these goods is reflected by the dynamics of the real estate market activity. The autochthonous real estate market is relatively new, and it is in a process of being linked to the best international practices, according to the implementation of EU standards- being a high priority for our country. But it is also necessary to take into account the evolution of the rural real estate market of the neighboring countries as Romania and Ukraine, even on the reason that we as these countries had the same starting of that process. |
