Rezumat

The word ‚diplomacy’ is understood in a whole range of companies so significant in terms of political, as well as science. The continuous development of the theory of international relations, modernization and development mech anisms to promote the diversification of foreign policy and diplomatic activities of the increasing integration processes have led to essentially new trends in the evolution of Moldovan diplomacy. The results of the paper contribute to the existing researches regarding the theoretical aspect of the elites and personality role in history.
