The structure of subjectivity as a target level of pedagogical competence of master students of technical areas of training is studied. The components and levels of pedagogical competence are identified, it is proved that subjectivity is the target level of competence of master students in such activities as teaching. To test the hypothesis of the structure of subjectivity as a target level of competence, a questionnaire of professional and pedagogical competence was developed. The construct validity of the questionnaire is tested on a sample of master students of the construction faculty of PNRPU. The hypothesis has received empirical support.
