Several foreign authors indicate that sexual violence against children came in sight in 70s of the 19th century, but was left alone for a long time and barely after 100 years updates [1,10]. Annually in the U.S. are found up to 200 000 new cases of sexual abuse (Finkelhor D. G. T. Hotaling). According to the data of Ashurst P. and Hall Z. (1991), in England up to 30% of women were victims of sexual violence in childhood and in 25% of cases the delinquent remains undetected. Violence progression on children correlates with the increased delinquency, violence, fatal suicides [2,5,14]. |
